The Property Ombudsman TPO
TPO is an independent body which gives the consumer the right to complain against any letting business who fails to adhere to a strict Code of Conduct. Both tenants and landlords have the opportunity to have their complain reviewed by the TPO if they are unhappy with the response by the agent, to their complaint.
